I aim to dispatch orders in 3-5 working days. These times may vary occasionally but will always be clearly highlighted on the homepage.

No problem at all! Simply pop 'TBC' in the 'comments' box when ordering and then get in touch when the name is decided.

Yes, all orders over £50 will qualify for free delivery.

I currently only ship within the UK (excluding N. Ireland), however this may change in the future so do check back!

I recommend hand-washing, or a 30 degree cold cycle. Dry flat. Please NEVER tumble dry.

As each item is hand-embroidered, I do not accept returns unless faulty. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please do get in touch and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

All of the knits are hand-knitted in the UK.

Due to the nature of hand-knits, there may be slight imperfections but will always be great quality.

Oversized jumpers and blankets are machine-knitted.
